We arrived early on a Saturday morning and we were greeted by one of the counselors/therapists named Stacy. Stacy showed us our where we would be staying, possibly in separate beds if things went badly, and told us to be in her office by 11:00 am. The complex was small but professional looking and it was located in a beautiful area of the state over looking the Atlantic ocean on rocky cliffs. Angela and I hadn't been fighting since we decided to try therapy, but that's because we were preoccupied with our new surroundings and were both wondering about the counseling.

We walked into Stacy's office just after 11:00 am and sat in separate chairs with Stacy sitting on a chair in front of us. Stacy's office was pleasant, she had her "me" wall with various certificates and degrees from years of training, although Stacy only looked to be around 40. Stacy started asking us questions about our marriage and what was going on to bring us to counseling before asking us more personal and detailed questions.

"Jeff, why do you feel such anger towards your wife? Is it the way she acts or the things she says to you, why is it that you get so mad so easy?" Stacy asked.

"She just bothers me more than usual I guess. It's not always what she says but how she says it. She talks down to me like I'm a child or I'm stupid" I replied.

"Why do you think she does that? Do you believe she thinks she's better than you? Do you think she is better than you and your mad because you are the weaker partner in the marriage? What do you think about this Angela?" Stacy asked looking at my wife.

"Well, I don't necessarily think I'm better than he is, but he acts like such a baby sometimes. It's like he's always been pampered and thinks everything should go his way even when he's wrong or looking at things the wrong way. I was raised differently than him. I had a tougher childhood and was raised to be a tougher person mentally than he was" Angie said looking at Stacy but glancing towards me.

"What do you mean by that Angie? Are you saying that Jeff is a weak person or he's just acts childish sometimes? Do you think your selfish Jeff?" Stacy asked.

"No, I'm not selfish, but Angie likes to bark out orders sometimes and I don't like that. We should talk like adults to each other. She's has changed lately, especially after her new workout program. She walks around now like she owns the house and I don't like that" I stated.

"Jeff seems to think you have changed Angie. Why would he say this? Do you think your acting differently or is he only seeing you differently? Has working out made you different in some way?" Stacy asked.

"Jeff has made a big deal about me working out with weights. At first he was supportive, but eventually he began to resent me doing it. I think he doesn't like the fact that I look more muscular than he does, but he won't admit that" Angie replied.

"What do you think about that Jeff? Are you in some way intimidated by your wife because she works out with weights? Do you see her differently because she is working out? It seems like your problems started when Angie started showing some muscle and you confused about seeing this" Stacy stated looking right at me.

"I think that's crazy. I don't mind the fact that she works out, but Angie started acting like she was somehow dominant to me after she started doing weight work. It was almost like her new found muscles made her feel superior to me, I guess that bothered me" I said looking at Angela.

"So it looks like Jeff always felt that he was more dominant in the marriage until Angie started working out with weights, and then he began to reject the fact that Angie looked more muscular than he did. I think that a major problem here is that Jeff feels like he has lost some control in the marriage because of your new, stronger body Angie. Jeff are you feeling intimidated by your wife? Please be honest" Stacy asked looking at me and Angie.

"No, I'm not intimidated by her, but maybe I do feel like there's a problem with her attitude. I mean we never progressed to any violence when we fight, we just argue. Why would I be intimidated by her, I'm still stronger than she is" I said angrily.

"I think we're getting to the core of the problem here" Stacy said, "I believe that Jeff does feel uneasy about your marriage because he felt like because he was the man, he was in control. Jeff's feeling of control has changed because I believe that Jeff feels subconsciously that his manhood and physical dominance is being challenged. What do you think about this Angela?"

"Jeff has always known, even by his admission, that mentally I'm a very strong person. I think Jeff also knows that I am a very tough person, because he's heard stories about me from people I grew up with. Jeff has heard countless stories about me getting in fights as a kid. I wasn't a bully, but I was a tomboy, and when guys picked on me or my friends I'd beat them up. Jeff never really talked about it, but when he heard the stories, I could tell he was taken back by what was being said. So personally I think that Jeff does have some complex about being married to a woman that is physically dominant to him" Angela said calmly.

"What about that Jeff? Do you think that your fighting with Angela has occurred because you resent the fact that maybe you feel she's dominant to you? Try to be honest about this it will help solve your problems with Angie" Stacy asked.

"I thinks that's a little much. I don't feel intimidated by Angie and I certainly don't think she can beat me up. I could kick her ass all over the place" I snarled angrily, "the situation has never come up. I never thought about hitting her before, although sometimes I think she could use a slap, I'm not like that."

Stacy got up and walked out of the room. She was gone for at least twenty minutes and Angie and I were silent the entire time. I was thinking about what was being said and I was having a hard time sorting my feelings out. I have great respect for my wife and her physical and mental strength, but up until now I never realized that maybe I was a little intimidated by her. I never really though about Angie in that kind of way, as an adversary. Looking over at her she was very athletic and strong looking, but was I intimidated? I knew that I still weighed at least 30 pounds more than she did, although much of my weight was fat. Angie certainly looked better than I did, because although I wasn't fat by any means, Angie was mostly muscle. My thoughts were broken when Stacy entered the room.

"Let me explain what I believe is happening here. I have seen a couple of cases like yours before, it's not that uncommon. You had a balance of power in your marriage. Jeff always felt comfortable because he felt that he was still physically stronger than Angie, and that made him feel secure. However, deep down Jeff always felt a little intimidated by Angie because of her mental and physical toughness, these feelings have been pretty much repressed until now. Angela always knew that she was dominant to Jeff, but most woman have no reason to prove this or talk about it. So the situation came to a head when Angie started working out and getting stronger and more muscular than ever before, and her new muscles confused and angered Jeff. I think Angie did start acting a little more dominating because she knew that she was, and her new found body only helped release these feelings. So what we now have is a struggle for power in the marriage, but it has remained unspoken. Angela, do you think you could take Jeff in a fight?" Stacy asked sincerely, forcing my head to spin towards Angie.

"I have always known that I could beat Jeff up. Jeff's not a tough guy, he's always been pampered like I said before. The topic never came up, but honestly I think Jeff knows that I could" Angie stated looking over at me.

"What do you say to that Jeff? Could Angie beat you in a fight? I think it's important that you really think about this, it could be the answer your looking for" Stacy said.

"That's nuts" I scoffed, but inside I was more confused than ever.

We stopped outside the room, and entered a room across the hall. Stacy reached into a closet and pulled out some workout clothes and laid them on the desk.

"Angie, change into these, they should fit fine. Jeff, I have no fighting outfit for you, but I'm sure you have no problem to be naked in front of your wife. It's all about you guys from here. You can go in there when your ready, I'll be around when you are done. Do yourselves a favor and don't cheat yourselves out of what this can be. If you both do this and are serious, one of you will walk out as the physically dominant partner in your marriage, and it looks like your both looking for that answer. Good luck" Stacy said and walked away.

Angie changed quickly, I hesitated but stripped naked before walking into the room next door. Angie was wearing a black gym leotard and sneakers, she looked muscular and lean, and I looked sort of thin and soft. Without saying a word we walked across the hall and entered the room.

The room was only about 8 by 8, and the ceilings around 9 feet. The room was padded thickly in gray mats which were fastened to the floor, walls and even the ceiling. We both looked around for a second and then looked at each other. Stacy walked over and locked the door, and then turned towards me with a look that went from pleasant to serious.

"I have to tell you, this fight is a long time coming. You have been acting like a jerk lately, mainly because you could feel me tearing your fantasy of being dominant away from you. We both know that I'm the tougher person here, you're to weak to ever beat me. Even if you were stronger I would still win because I have the inner desire and drive to beat you, while you are soft, and honestly, kind of wimpy. Like Stacy said there are no rules here, and I'm going to win, and you know it. Do you want to give up right now, I'll let you?" Angie asked.

"I know your tough, but your crazy if you think I'm going to give up. I'm prepared to fight you and take it very seriously. You tell me when you have had enough, because I don't want to hurt you worse than I have to" I said, knowing that inside I didn't even believe what I was saying.

"Fine, I'll say the same to you, when you've had enough, don't be a hero and give up. I will keep beating you until you surrender. Let's do this" Angie said getting into a good fighting stance.

We circled each other nervously, mostly because this was new to us, or at least to me. Dressed in tight sports leotard and sneakers, Angie looked powerful, athletic, and sure of herself as she moved around, while I was naked, more awkward and nervous. Without any hesitation, Angie attacked quickly, driving her shoulder into my stomach and smashing up against the wall. I reached down and tried to wrap my arm around her, but to my dismay, she picked me up and drove me hard into the wall again. Angie reached up and grabbed my wrists, which were flailing around, and pinned them up against the wall. She stood more upright and then pressed her body into mine, so our chests and groins were touching. I was about 4 inches taller than Angie, but right now we appeared to be the same height as she held me tight.

"I don't feel any need to rush through this Jeff. What I'm going to do is slowly beat you, first proving that I'm stronger than you are, and then wearing you down. Eventually your will to fight will be completely gone and this will be over" Angie said softly, with her face only inches from mine. To my surprise, she moved closer and kissed me hard, pressing my head against the wall in almost like she was raping me. "I want you to try to move me Jeff. I could hold you like this forever, but I'm just proving a point right now."

I tried to move my body, but I was completely pinned against the wall. Angie's strength was greater than I had thought, and I realized that all she was doing was demonstrating how much stronger than she was. I pushed and squirmed frantically, but I couldn't budge her. Her muscles flexed were even more impressive than before, and muscles popped out from her arms and shoulders. Angie moved back a step and then rammed her body into mine, and then she did it several times, causing intense pain in my chest. Angie then, after taking a step back, grabbed my right arm with two hands and threw me across the room, where I crashed into the wall head first. My head was spinning when I stood up only to have Angie grab again and toss me into the other wall, where I hit my back and fell to the ground.

My find was in a fog, but I lifted my head to see where Angie was. Angie was standing where he was before, looking over at me and shaking her head. She looked awesome standing there. Her upper body had grown exceptionally strong, which only made her already impressive legs look even more muscular than ever. I realized sitting there looking at her that I couldn't take her, she was not only tougher than me, but she was also stronger now. I just couldn't bring myself to admit defeat, I had to keep trying. I got up and tried to shake the cobwebs from my head.

"This is a lot of fun tossing you around like this, it's actually more fun than I had imagined, at least for me. I know you won't give up, one thing you do have is pride, I do like that about you honey. I've been thinking about exactly how to beat you, and several ways have crossed my mind. I could just walk over and beat the shit out of you, but that would be to easy for me. So I think I've decided to start by simply overpowering you, and showing you how much stronger I am. How about we play a little mercy, you know that game don't you? That shouldn't hurt to much" Angie said walking over to me and putting her arms up to play.

I was so confused at this point that I didn't know what else to do but to accept her challenge. We came together almost in the middle of the room and locked hands together about shoulder high. Without anything being said we both started pushing. I began to feel a little more confident as I was holding my own against her, although I was struggling to do so. Angie looked happy that I was giving her a good match, but then slowly started to increase her pressure. As my hands and wrists began to weaken from exhaustion, I began to be pushed back, and a few moments later, I dropped to my knees. Angie pushed harder and began to bend my wrists back to the point I thought they would snap.

"Say the magic words honey, then I'll stop" she demanded.

"Mercy, please stop" I begged, pleading for her to release me.

"Stand up Jeff" Angie demanded, "let's try a little boxing. I know you want to hit me, you said you did, so get your hands up."

Angie and I were standing only a few feet away from each other, and I could see opportunity to strike. I quickly shot a right jab, which landed perfectly on her chin, stunning her and knocking her back a step. To my disappointment, she only smiled and came right back at me. We exchanged a series of punches, both of us blocking most of them, although a few did land. Like before, I started to grow weary, and just like before, Angie only seemed to become stronger and more determined. Angie threw a right jab that found its target on my chin, and she followed that up with a left hook to my stomach. Her stamina, strength, and overall athleticism were to much for me to keep up with, and she landed several more shots to my face and stomach before I fell backward and collapsed.

"You did pretty well honey, I've got to give you credit, I didn't think you had the energy to go that long. I know that I've won, but I don't think you're beaten enough yet, you need a little more. At this point we both know a couple of things, one is that in a physical confrontation, I would win, and second just physically speaking, I'm stronger, faster, and just a better athlete. So we both know that I'm dominant, but I think you really need to feel the domination to a fuller extent, so give up" Angie demanded looking down at me.

I looked up at her, and in a rage launched my self at her, knocking her over, and sending us both sprawling backwards. In a flash, Angie jumped on my back and forced me to the floor on my stomach. She wrapped her arms around my neck and then locked her hands together, putting me in a perfect full nelson. She pulled back hard, causing pain to shoot from my neck right down my back, and forcing my face into the padding on the floor. She held me there for several minutes, crushing and grinding the energy from my body, and then somehow keeping the hold, started to sit me up. She sat behind me and locked her legs around my body and used her powerful legs to further her hold by crushing my midsection. I was completely immobilized and any fight I had left in me was almost gone from her body crushing mine. The pain became so great I could feel tears running down my face and I began to moan in pain and stared pleading with her to stop. Angie greeted my plea by turning up the pressure and then when she knew I was done and ready to almost pass out, she let me go. I was lying there naked on the floor, and she smiled, adjusting her leotard.

Angie flipped me on my back, and then reached up and grabbed my arms pinning them to the floor. She then wrapped her legs around mine in a grapevine hold and started painfully pulling my legs apart. Now in total domination, she lowered herself onto to me and started dry humping me, but it all reality it was a rape. Angie walked in and approached with rapidly. I looked up at her and to my horror, saw she was wearing a strap on dildo. She grabbed my arm and twisted it, forcing me to roll over on my stomach. We started driving and Angie started making small talk and she reached over and held my hand. I noticed that as we continued to drive, my mood changed and I started to feel happy. We actually started laughing and joking around together as we drove, however I noticed another thing had changed. As we talked I found myself agreeing with everything she was saying, no matter what the topic, and I realized that this is what my role was now that we had discovered Angie was the Alpha Wolf.

Our marriage have never been better after this events.
